Your Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll seamlessly by utilizing ADP Workforce Now as your secret weapon.
• Take charge of employee benefits administration with precision (ADP expertise is a plus!).
• Ensure flawless payroll tax processing and compliance.
• Exercise strong communication skills daily, delivering information clearly, concisely, and in a friendly manner.
• Engage in HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and facilitating training sessions for new hires.

Who We're Looking For:

• A Payroll Prodigy with a solid background in ADP Workforce Now.
• Extensive experience managing payrolls for multiple entities.
• Well-versed in payroll tax intricacies.
• Excellent communication skills for both motivational talks and policy discussions.
• Skilled in multitasking within HR, from recruitment to onboarding to training.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience.
• Full-time position
• Currently remote within the Salt Lake area or surrounding areas
