The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience in the recruiting field. We are looking for an expert in executing dynamic, motivational presentations, whether face-to-face with an individual or in front audiences of over 100 . Must have a passion for matching the right candidate with the perfect position at our dealerships and collision centers. Experience in sourcing candidates with platforms such as Linkedin, Indeed, and Careerbuilder is a preferred. Summary:
Facilitates the recruiting process for companywide Fixed Operations initiatives with direction from the Director of Talent Strategy. Build relationships with campus career centers (high schools, colleges/ universities and vocational), faculty and students. Routinely travels to campus events to help build Fixed Operations talent pipeline for Hendrick Automotive Group. Evaluate sourcing results. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Must be creative and must exercise flexibility and initiative.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. However, as part of project management duties this position may direct the work of others.
