Summary of Position:

Providing financial, administrative and clerical support to the Director of Accounting by ensuring accounts payable payments are processed in a timely manner across all subsidiaries. Key tasks include (i) processing of employee expense reports and (ii) processing operating expense invoices for all entities.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Processing vendor and employee invoices – 55%
• Review open payables and get approvals prior to payment – 15%
• Run and review AP related reports and assist in processing weekly payment run -10%
• Contact vendors to collect information and answer vendor inquiries – 10%
• Assist in monthly closing and any special projects as needed – 10%

Key Working Relationships:

All Employees across all departments, including Directors and VP’s

Required Skills & Experience:

• AP Experience
• Intermediate Excel.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to perform essential functions (with or without an accommodation) without posing a "direct threat" to the health and safety to self or others.

Additional Information:

FORMA Brands takes a market-based approach to pay, and amounts will vary depending on your geographic location. The salary range reflected here is for positions based in the Greater Los Angeles area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future without notice.

Compensation Range: $42,000 - $69,000
