Responsibilities: As an Accounting Assistant I at Forbes Todd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Inventory Management:

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate tracking of stock.
• Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with digital records.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory turnover and minimize carrying costs.

Bookkeeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using established accounting software.
• Record financial transactions, including accounts payable and general ledger entries.
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and statements to support decision-making.

Accounts Receivable:

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure timely collection.
• Maintain clear and organized records of customer accounts and payment history.

Financial Reporting:

• Assist in generating financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze schedule data, identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Human Resources Support:

• Assist in the onboarding process, including coordinating interviews and new employee orientation.
• Maintain personnel records and assist in HR-related tasks as needed.

Process Improvement:

Qualifications:
