This company maintains a small staff of experienced professionals, all focused on working towards a common goal. The Oil & Gas Accountant will be responsible for the following monthly accounting functions:

• Cash Disbursement/Invoice Coding & Processing
• Cash Receipt Coding
• Field Crew Time Coding & Processing
• Field Crew Time Approval
• Equipment Rental & Frac Tank Coding and Processing
• Equipment Rental Approval
• Supervisor Charges Organization and Input and Processing
• Supervisor Charges Review
• Overhead Input & Processing
• Pumper Worksheet – make changes to pumper salary and well sheets
• Recurring Vouchers – make changes, review and pay at EOM
• Allocations – Review and make necessary changes
• Mass Changes Processing for JIB owners
• Mass Changes Processing for Revenue Owners
• JIB Processing – Allocation, Billing, Statements
• Drilling overhead & well control – code and process
• Bank Statement Reconciliations
• Final Bank Reconciliations
• Reconcile Accounts
• General Ledger
