Your Mission

As an Account Executive of Foleon, you showcase the value of our product to potential clients using demos, emails, and phone calls. As a trusted advisor, your focus is on understanding our product inside out and using your passion and people skills to guide prospects in making informed decisions, rather than a hard sell.

You'll be in charge of managing a dynamic pipeline, handling various opportunities to drive revenue for the company and providing a solid ROI for our customers.

Your Job

  • Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling new products into existing accounts.

  • Generate short-term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to improve overall revenue generation.

  • Work with the Business Development team to prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources.

  • Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during the sales cycles.

  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a Monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Hubspot.

  • Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within your accounts and find and create ways for expansion within our book of business.

  • Self-source your own leads to maintain a healthy pipeline and create your own success to overachieve your target.

Your Competencies & Skills

  • Naturally curious with a genuine desire to uncover customer pains and business goals and connect them to the value and impact of the Foleon platform.

  • True ownership over the results; always finding a way to ensure an appropriate level of pipeline coverage to achieve their targets.

  • Willing to challenge ways of working and work tight feedback loops with the various teams that support revenue attainment.

  • Forever Learner, obsessed with continuous learning and sharpening your skills; look outside of the organization to peers and thought leaders to continue to strengthen your own skills.

Your Qualifications

  • You are a top performer in a sales role with 2 years of experience closing net new logos. (SaaS experience is a bonus but not required)

  • You have a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota.

  • Familiar with CRM tools like Hubspot.

  • You are excited to be using consultative and challenging sales strategies in a competitive market.

  • Proven experience sourcing your own sales opportunities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowing Dutch is a big plus.
