Job Description:

Join our dynamic team at Fly Ebike as a Field Sales Representative, where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our dealership network and driving car sales outside the conventional retail environment. This position is ideal for motivated individuals who excel in a fast-paced and independent sales setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers to enhance our network
• Implement sales strategies outside of the store to boost car sales
• Achieve and surpass sales targets
• Provide reports on sales activities and achievements

Compensation:

• Monthly Salary: $1,760
• Commission: 2% on sales
• Fuel Reimbursement: Up to $300 per month

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Reside in or be willing to relocate to San Antonio, TX
• Must have a personal vehicle for business purposes
• Authorized to work in the U.S
• Excellent negotiation skills; salary negotiable based on experience and outcomes
