Responsibilities:
Procure Leads:
- Knock, connect, network, and utilize Sales Rabbit to track movement.
- Utilize networking skills, personal and clients, to procure new leads.
- Follow up on the lead with a video message and a thank you card.
- Instruct the homeowner on filing a claim and set up a scheduled time with an insurance adjuster.
Close Contracts:
- Close at least 18 contracts annually.
- Meet with Insurance Adjuster and advocate for homeowners to ensure accurate scope.
- Collect final payment and provide 3 out of 3 stars for Google review and referral.
Provide Excellent Customer Service:
- Provide Quality Service to Home Owners by listening to their needs and desires and finding their reasons to buy.
- Lead Home Owner through the next steps and to Production.
- Log every point of contact in Job Nimbus and photos in Company Cam.
- Update Homeowners on the timeline and process to make the restoration process enjoyable for them.
Preferences and Abilities:
- Ability to climb and move to inspect a roof.
- High level of self-motivation and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to understand and address client needs and desires.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Job Nimbus and Company Cam is a plus.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
Salary and Benefits:
- Full-time position.
- $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience
- Additional Commission opportunities
