Florida Elite Roofing is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Sales Manager interested in joining our industry-leading roofing sales team! We specialize in roofing restoration throughout the State of Florida. We are a local company and offer a competitive base salary plus override on members on your team! Primary Job Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and develop sales team and the process for successful sales
- Meet and set weekly and monthly sales goals for the team and individually
- Interactive sales presentations on products and services to the sales team
- Participation in ongoing training on a weekly basis
Qualifications:
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Previous Roofing Sales Manager experience
- Roofing team development and training
- Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and problem resolution

Salary and Benefits:
Experienced Sales Managers make well over 215K in their first year!
