We are looking for a very enthusiastic person to carry the company spirit to sell and continue building the company footprint. This sales professional will work with new and existing customers; present our product information and details to diverse audiences. This Territory Sales Representative requires no overnight travel to visit customers. If you are an energetic, self-starter with flooring sales experience, then we'd like to speak with you. Essential duties of the position:

• You will be building and maintaining relationships with store management and retail sales staff in a territory of many existing floor covering accounts.
• Calling on established accounts that are already generating sales and commissions.
• Selling inventory to stocking dealers.
• Teaching and training store management and retail salespeople in product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Setting up, maintaining and updating in-store displays/merchandising.
• Handling customer claims with resolution.
• Prospecting for new accounts
• You will use your sales expertise, organization and people skills to Maximize sales growth for all product lines.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement sales activities .
