Responsibilities:
- Present and sell flooring products and services to new and existing customers in the showroom
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the established deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and any customer concerns
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Sales consultant can work solely in the showroom and go to customers' homes to provide estimates
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, AND flooring
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Open to work any day of the week
Our showrooms are open Monday - Friday, 9-6 and Saturday 9-5:30. A Comprehensive benefits package is offered, and compensation of hourly pay commission with an unlimited earning cap. This is a 5-day work week with a GREAT company and an exceptional team.
