- In-person office role with limited customer-facing interaction

- Previous experience in Office Management (2 years)
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone

- Proficiency in managing crews, calendars, and salespeople

- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- Oversee daily office operations
- Convert leads to appointments for the sales team
- Support local marketing efforts
- Keep the showroom and office organized and presentable
- Assist in the development, management, and delivery of local marketing tactics
- Meet with sales staff to discuss recent sales and review customer expectations and product orders
- Order all necessary products for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery
- Communicate start dates and times with installers and customers
- Update customers regularly on installation details
- Daily updates on InspireNet regarding job status and upcoming schedule via the Production Dashboard
