FLASH is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for on-boarding new projects and managing each project to completion. This includes scoping projects, conducting project kickoff and weekly calls, ordering all required equipment, coordinating the shipping, and scheduling the installation crew through closeout. This position works diligently and efficiently to complete the project on time and on budget and will manage several projects simultaneously.

What You'll Do...

• Scope and Drive projects to meet client-specific deadlines.
• Maintain contact with all primary stakeholders.
• Ensure project resources are managed timely, effectively and efficiently.
• Monitor, evaluate and report project progress.
• Manage project schedules, effectively communicating to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other third parties to achieve time-sensitive goals.

• A bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience in project management.
• Experience remotely managing multiple projects (field installations) simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• The ability to quickly learn and understand new hardware/electronic components.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate to various audiences.
• Comfortable with autonomy and being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and customer focused.
• Previous experience in the Parking Industry is preferred.
