They serve as a communication hub for the dealership, handling phone, email, and text communication, shaping the customer experience, motivating customers to visit the dealership service department, and driving the customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Participate in team & process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales / service teams and dealership management
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily

Essential Job Requirements

• Self-motivation, a desire to succeed, and a positive attitude.
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong email and phone presence is necessary
• Ability to handle heavy phone contact (80-100 calls per day)
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work with multiple software applications.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through phone, social media, email and text messages in a professional manner.
