Must be able to adapt quickly to our unique industry where every day is a learning experience. Professional appearance and strong communication skills essential. Prefer applicants familiar with, as well as established in area, who can can assist with our visiting clientele.

Tasks specific to this position include:

• Answering Telephones, Routing Calls & Taking Messages
• Assisting Flight Crews & Passengers
• Flight School Scheduling
• Arranging Rental Cars, Hotels & Catering
• Coordinating Flight Line Service Request
• Running Transactions & Collecting Payment
