firstPRO Inc. is Hiring an IT Service Desk Analyst- 2nd Shift Near Beverly, NJ

firstPRO is actively looking for a Service Desk Analyst for our client who is located in South Jersey. The Service Desk Analyst will be a 6-month contract with the potential to become a permanent employee. Our client is looking for a young, motivated IT professional who has strong communication skills. Qualified individuals please apply.

  • 6 month contract
  • Shift: 4:00pm- 12:30am Sunday - Thursday

Desired Qualifications:

  • Call Center Experience with high call volume
  • Tier 1/2 troubleshooting skills with hardware/software
  • POS system support is preferred
  • Application Support
  • Windows OS experience
  • Ticketing System experience (our client uses ServiceNow)
  • Active Directory Experience
  • Network Experience (WAN, LAN, VPN)
  • Providing end user support via phone, email, and web calls

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $19.74 - $23.77 per hour
