Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including employee orientation, benefits administration, training development, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
- Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are properly onboarded
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll using systems such as Kronos or Paylocity
- Collaborate with managers to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts
- Proficient in HRIS systems such as Paycor or similar software
- Demonstrated experience in training development and delivery
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
