Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage multiple projects within our organization, ensuring successful delivery of our STEM based programs to students in K-12 that align to our business objectives and goals.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and risks
- Implement project management methodologies to drive successful project execution
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Utilize data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making
- Manage project scope, budget, and timelines effectively
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Experience:
- Proven experience in program or project management
- Proficiency in program management and budgeting
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience with contract negotiations and management.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Outlook, QuickBooks and lean principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions
