We are actively recruiting for a Program Manager with a TOP SECRET security clearance who has sound knowledge of DOD acquisition processes for Air Force programs that deliver and sustain warfighting capabilities. Our ideal candidate will be someone with DoD acquisition knowledge who is ready to take the next step in their career and assist with leading a small team.
Essential Job Responsibilities

• Support all acquisition-related functions that may include writing and reviewing program documents, tracking contracting actions, creating and reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers, and providing updated status information.
• Research and devise solutions to problems relating to improvement of acquisition effectiveness and compliance, develop and draft acquisition documentation, and ensure quality control.
• Develop sourcing strategies including soliciting/ analyzing requests for proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating supplier integration plans.
• Monitor market dynamics and communicate changes that affect internal client needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Ideally seeking 5 years of DoD acquisition experience.
• Excellent writing skills and verbal communication skills.
Clearance: Must have an active TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility. #LI-LD1Physical Requirements
