First Call Response (FCR) provides 24-hour emergency services and cleaning to people who have suffered water, fire and mold loss to their homes and businesses. Our clients are insurance companies, property managers, and property owners.

JOB POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate will serve as the "face" of our company introducing our services and increasing sales revenue by developing relationships with those who have the opportunity to refer our business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Continual prospecting; cold calling, following-up on leads and referrals & contacting new offices to introduce them to our services. We primarily service Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach counties.
• Setting and attending appointments to present our business
• Following up on all sales activity through telephone, written and personal contact
• Meeting sales and performance goals
• Maintaining weekly & monthly sales activity reports; meeting regularly (at least weekly) with the owner to discuss current and future service opportunities & challenges
• Knowing functions and goals of the services provided by our company, including but not limited to the water, fire, mold, and bio-hazard services.
• Working as an effective team member in the office as occasionally needed.
• Keeping current on pricing strategy and customer billing procedures.
• Understanding and utilization of First Call Response's process & automated sales tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales, marketing and customer service experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Professional appearance and decorum
• Experience using a web-based CRM tool
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to communicate in English. Bilingual is a plus but not necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
