Description
FINE Airport Parking is hiring a Customer Service Manager at our Tulsa location. If you are a customer service all-star, we want you to join our family atmosphere and work at Tulsa's premier airport parking facility. Help us provide the "FINE Experience" to our airport parking customers by offering first-class service while respecting company values.
Our Customer Service Manager will assist customers with all requests over the phone, via email, and face-to-face when our customers stop by the office. This position will oversee a team of CSRs, have office management/administrative responsibilities, and report directly to our VP of Operations.
Our Customer Service Manager will take ownership of making the customer parking experience the "FINE EXPERIENCE" at our state-of-the-art facility. A full job description will be provided upon interview.

Requirements
Qualifications:
· Successful candidates will have superior customer service skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office products
· Ability to learn netPark and other company software utilized by FINE
· Proven track record of follow-through
· Can-do attitude
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
