- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote and upsell products to maximize sales
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through product demos
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of wireless, technology, or electronics sales is desirable
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
