Candidates will have the opportunity to earn profit share $27,000 - 40,000 if you can't get to work on time, every time, don't apply.
Job Duties:
● Manage large amounts of incoming calls
● Customer sales and service by phone, text, and email.
● Respond promptly to customer inquiries
● Handle and resolve customer complaints
● Customer follow up
● Process orders, create and send invoices
● Provide quotes and schedule jobs
● Order parts and process credit card payments over the phone
Skills/Qualifications:
● Must be able to type a minimum 35 words per minute - Quickbooks experience if possible
● Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
● Proactive in problem-solving
● Dedicated to customer service
● Ability to multi-task and detail-oriented
● Dependable and responsible
● Highly motivated and a good communicator/salesperson
● Must have reliable high-speed internet.
● Must have a sincere desire to help people
● Goal-Orientated and coachable
● A self-starter with a great attitude and desire to learn
Compensation: $27,000 - $40,000
● Don't even respond unless you are an overachiever and can prove it.
● We hire top producers. If you're average, you can earn $27k with us; if you are a star, you can earn up to $40k.
