The Role

As Content Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content strategy. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying emerging trends and audience preferences in key sectors (Fashion, Beauty, and Home). You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience, driving product awareness, and supporting demand generation efforts. Your ability to create engaging, relevant content will be instrumental in bolstering our brand's presence and generating leads. Your Priorities

  1. Content Strategy: 

Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company's broader marketing goals. This includes identifying key themes and topics, planning content calendars, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.

  1. Content Creation and Management:

Oversee the creation of a wide range of content types (such as blog posts, articles, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and social media content) that engage the target audience and drive traffic and leads. Manage the content lifecycle from ideation and production to distribution and analysis.

  1. Audience Engagement and Growth: 

Focus on understanding and expanding the audience base. Utilize analytics tools to track content performance, understand audience behavior, and refine content strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

  1. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: 

Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product, and customer service, to ensure content aligns with their needs and goals. Support demand generation efforts by providing sales teams with relevant and effective content tools.
