What You Will Do:
Contributes to the strategic direction as well as responsible for creating, improving and maintaining the content and assets across the digital touch points of Redken Retail. This includes but is not limited to social and content marketing, media campaigns, and internal marketing creative needs.
The Digital Content Marketing Manager oversees the expression of Redken haircare on Redken branded channels as well as partner channels. This person will drive the running of educational focused FB lives/IG lives, Salon takeovers, trade show social content capture and content creation both internally and externally for organic and paid campaigns. This role manages the Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok channels for the brand and collaborate with the DMI and hair color social leads on local needs for Instagram, leading local agile content where necessary. The Digital Content Marketing Manager will produce the strategy for and brief creative media assets, including mid-campaign optimizations. This role will contribute to all major brand meetings as directed and partner with cross departmental team members to help to create the culture and work environment of the pod.
