Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proficient in English/Spanish translation, both written and verbal, and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions, as well as assist with Coordination, and Manager the Office. This will also include, recruitment, employee evaluation, and conflict management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of human capital management. This person will need to be extremely organized, patient, able to handle unruly clients/employees, able to multitask, willing to be a Team Player.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with employee evaluation processes, including performance reviews and goal setting
- Provide support in conflict management and resolution
- Manage social media platforms to promote job openings and company culture
- Assist with payroll administration using systems such as HHA Exchange and Viventium.
- Coordinate training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
-Assist with coverage of client cases.
-Work directly with Coordinator and Administrator
-Work with Nursing staff for employee Record compliance
-Audit files for DOH and Vendor compliance
-OTHER TASK THAT MAY BE DIRECTED AS NEEDED TO SUPPORT THE TEAM.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in HR coordination or related roles
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations
- Proficient in using HR software systems such as Everify, HCS, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, SPANISH AND ENGLISH
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
