We are looking for an amazing energetic Marketer that can grow with our company and develop relationships with neighboring hospitals, discharge planners, Assist Living Facilities, Nursing Homes, Day programs, Medical Offices, and other institutions. In the Westchester community.

Qualification:

• Preferably Bi-lingual, Spanish/English speaking

• Candidate should have a least two years field experience in Home Care and/or MLTC
• Organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Existing contacts and knowledge of local area and referral sources
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships
• Knowledge of Home Care/Medicaid eligibility
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
• Detail oriented with strong follow up and organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and co-workers

• COVID VACCINATION SERIES REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with contract referral sources
• Conduct presentations for health care professionals, seniors, and others to reach eligible home care patients
• Enroll and refer eligible individuals to contract sources
• Generate home care patient’s referrals from existing and potential accounts
