Fetch Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Centers is seeking an energetic, customer oriented representative for our Fort Myers location.
Day / Swing Shifts
Fetch of Southwest Florida is looking for experienced, talented, and compassionate individuals to join our Guest Services Team.
Our GSR Team are the ones who make the magic happen in our hospitals. Our GSRs are the first and last person a client sees for each visit and the one who helps facilitate communication between clients and the veterinarian.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Specialty hospital and to be a part of our privately owned veterinary family.
Come help us provide the most comprehensive treatment options available for patients in Fort Myers, Florida. Our team of board-certified specialists work closely to provide the highest quality, comprehensive care to our patients and our clients.
Our ideal candidates must have the following skills :
- Detailed oriented with advanced customer service skills
- Patient and attentive to our client's as well as our staff's needs
- Other desired qualities include, motivated, compassionate, and can multitask effectively, ability to handle multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, and work in a fast- paced environment
- OUTSTANDING communication skills both written and verbal are a MUST.
- Candidates will work with experienced technicians, assistants, and a dedicated support staff, all committed to excellent patient and client care.
Our mission is to be at the forefront of what veterinary medicine can provide to our four-legged family members and their owners.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required; College Degree Preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Compassionate, collaborative, and professional
- Veterinary experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of Ezyvet is helpful
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations as needed
