FedPro is Hiring a National Account Manager Near Atlanta, GA

The National Account Manager will be responsible for managing, enhancing, and growing the company’s key customer accounts such as The Home Depot, Lowe’s and NAPA Auto Parts.

FedPro, Inc.’s portfolio of premium cleaners, thread sealants, PTFE tapes, lubricants and performance chemicals have become the products of choice in the petroleum, plumbing, LP gas, automotive, hardware, household and consumer, and general industrial markets.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Reports to: The VP of Retail and Consumer Brands

Team Dynamics: On a team with other Account Managers and Business Development Professionals.

Travel: 50% of the time.

The Ideal Candidate will have: A self-driven approach to work and hunter mentality to enhance our company’s customer base. Must have experience working with The Home Depot, Lowes and NAPA Auto Parts is a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

· Supports all account management activities related to multiple key accounts (such as The Home Depot) sales and relationship growth for our business.

· Provides hands-on management with account relationships to ensure the needs of the customer are met, upcoming opportunities are realized and communicated effectively within the internal team.

· Develop new business and retention strategies through product selection, pricing, merchandising and supply chain capabilities.

· Manage account for performance and profitability per budget and company goals.

· Anticipate customer needs and proactively address those needs.

· Support cross functional teams within Marketing and Operations to help communicate new product opportunities and customer initiatives.

· Prepare and hold regular business reviews and planning meetings with customers.

· Create and maintain pricing files for customer.

Background you’ll need:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or closely related field.

· 5-7 years in a senior sales role with experience calling on the building products/ specialty chemical industries. (Sales Director, National Account Manager, Key Account Manager.)

· Must have experience working with The Home Depot and other industry specific accounts.

Knowledge, Skills and abilities:

· Demonstrates problem-solving skills necessary to troubleshoot production issues.

· Knowledgeable of the current retail market to continue to grow large key accounts.

· Works efficiently and manages time effectively.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the use of the internet.

· Developed analytical and problem solving abilities.
