Job Summary:
The national account manager will be responsible for developing an omni-channel business plan that will generate sales in seasonal categories as well as developing category growth with Midea at The Home Depot.
This role will be tasked with managing and expanding the home comfort assortment of products including air conditioning, heaters, dehumidifiers, humidifiers, and fans. Midea currently holds the #1 market share position in the U.S. in the room air conditioner category and also holds the largest balance of sale position within the air conditioning category at the Home Depot. Midea supplies Home Depot seasonal products under multiple brands including Midea, Toshiba, Pelonis, as well as private label. With nearly $500M in retail sales, and winning 2023 home appliance vendor of the year, Midea continues a rapid growth trajectory with this customer.
This account manager will be able to articulate customer needs, identify new business opportunities both online and in-store, manage the annual program to drive profitable growth, and build a winning joint business plan with core merchants as well as the private label merchants at Home Depot. Being the customer expert for the company, this individual will foster customer relationships, and effectively collaborate across Midea’s cross functional teams.
