Our client, a Broadcasting Company, is hiring a Human Resource Manager to join their Miami team!

Responsibilities:

HR management

· Provides expertise and knowledge on all HR related topics

· Provides guidance on employment law and recommendations on all compliance and legal topics

· Provides guidance on compensation and benefits

· Implements HR processes and policies, based on international guidance and adapting to the US

Payroll and administration

· Employment contract preparation and management

· Ensures communication of payroll information to the payroll provider and ensures all staff are correctly onboarded on an administrative point of view

· Manages relationship with payroll provider and benefits providers

· Works closely with the finance team on all admin HR related topics

· Implements HR administrative processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in payroll software and HRIS systems.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Payroll and Benefits knowledge in the U.S. and Canada
