Our client, a national Investment Management Firm, is seeking a bright, ambitious and professional Administrative Receptionist! The ideal candidate has 1 3 years of experience out of financial services.

In this role you will support a team of professionals, serves as the first point of contact for all guests and visitors as well as contribute to the firm’s dynamic culture.

Hybrid : Onsite Monday - Thursday and remote Friday

Hours : 9am - 5pm

Compensation : $80 85k Base Bonus

Experience at a financial firm is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to reception desk, including phone coverage, detailed message taking, welcoming visitors and accepting deliveries
• Schedule international / domestic travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries, including flights, car service, rental cars, and hotels
• Managing supplies inventory, budgets, and maintenance requests
• Team-oriented and collaborative

Qualifications

• 1 3 years of experience out of Financial Services Required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to communicate professionally with individuals at all levels
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Team-oriented and collaborative
