WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As the Workforce Development Program Manager at Fedcap, Inc., you'll be at the forefront of driving positive change. Your day-to-day responsibilities include working closely with the Program Director to resolve complex issues, implementing efficient business processes, and training and guiding staff to exceed monthly placement goals. Your role extends to ensuring program continuity, identifying necessary resources, and developing a network of external providers for customer support. Imagine a workday where you foster a high-energy, accountable team approach, and your efforts contribute to the growth and development of both staff and participants.

Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in customer engagement, progress monitoring, and milestone achievements. Your tasks range from auditing detailed individual responsibility plans (DIRPs) and case notes to facilitating job readiness training and documenting activities in the Electronic Case Management (ECM) systems. Each day, you'll be making a direct impact on individuals' lives and helping them overcome barriers to employment.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We're looking for a Workforce Development Program Manager who can meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
• 3 years of demonstrated ability in managing and operating an effective adult learning, workforce development, or employment-placement environment
• Strong writing skills
