Dexis embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion and strives to build and maintain a safe environment where we celebrate diverse backgrounds, treat everyone with respect, and value the unique lived experiences each person brings based on their race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability, military or veteran status, national origin, age, marital status or family status and related conditions.

At Dexis, you will experience a corporate culture of inclusiveness, fairness, and trust. You will be given the means and mentorship needed to succeed, and your creativity will be rewarded.

About the Position

Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) — a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis— is seeking an Advancing Protection and Care for Children in Adversity (APCCA) Program Analyst to play a key role on the Secretariat team, providing the U.S. Government (USG) Special Advisor on Children in Adversity and other Children in Adversity team members with management, organizational, logistical, and technical assistance in coordinating activities in support of the USG APCCA Strategy. The APCCA Strategy builds on three evidence-based objectives that inform the U.S. Government’s policies and programs to benefit the world’s most-vulnerable children. The U.S. Government Special Advisor is tasked with coordinating implementation of the APCCA Strategy among U.S. Departments and Agencies, as well as implementing the Global Child Thrive Act to advance early childhood development in USG foreign assistance.

The ID Hub’s mandate is to promote the rights and inclusion of marginalized and under-represented populations around the world in the development process, working across various technical areas to “combat stigma and discrimination, promote empowerment and inclusion of marginalized or underrepresented groups, and improve the lives of populations in high-risk situations.”

USAID’s Inclusive Development (ID) Hub promotes the rights and improves the safety and well-being of marginalized and underrepresented populations in development efforts; and leads the U.S. Government’s response to and programming for the world’s most vulnerable children and youth. The ID Hub helps missions and operating units analyze inclusive development issues in their country or sector; supports research on what works in promoting the empowerment and inclusion of marginalized groups and combatting stigma and discrimination; implements activities to improve the lives of the most at-risk populations; and provides technical assistance and oversight of activities related to all ID Hub technical areas including indigenous peoples rights and inclusion, youth, children in adversity, rehabilitation, mental health and psychosocial support, disability rights and inclusion, assistive technology, and LGBTQ rights and inclusion.
