Fathom5 is a security-first industrial technology company creating Brilliant Machines™. We support customers with secure solutions, and services in the public and private sectors. We are looking for a precise, creative, and mission-driven Business Analyst who is naturally fascinated by the detailed work necessary to convert the broad strategic direction of a company into new, specific business engagements.
Every company seeks to convert a positive brand image into new business. This requires diligent, detailed work to identify opportunities, prepare bids, and network with key stakeholders in the contract award process. Success in these activities results in new contracts for solutions or services that must then be turned into teams of new employees with qualified technical and business leaders who can carry the project into execution.
The Fathom5 Business analyst will directly support the Chief Executive Officer through this process of generating new business, and directly support the Director of Finance and Administration in the early phase of team building for new work. Once a project commences the Business Analyst will turn over execution of new work to the Program Manager and Lead Engineer assigned to the newly formed team. For projects already in execution, the Business Analyst may be asked to provide intermittent support to the Director of Finance and Administration in the form of operational tasks suited to their skill set and expertise.
The Business Analyst is eligible for incentive pay for capturing new business.
