Summary:As a Business Analyst at Apiture, a leading provider of digital banking solutions, you will play a critical role in translating business needs into actionable requirements for our agile software development teams. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative digital banking products.Location (Wilmington, NC, Austin, TX, Remote):We have offices in Wilmington, NC and Austin, TX and while some positions are office based, we will also consider remote candidates depending on their time zone.
Responsibilities:• Gather and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.• Adapt to evolving requirements/features/components while working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features for digital banking solutions.• Support in translation and interpretation of the requirements, requests, and comments from stakeholders (internal and external) to the cross-functional teams.• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment.• Analyze and validate requirements, identifying potential risks and issues early on.• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies.• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.Requirements:
