Job Description:
- Rare opportunity to join our team.
- Very busy auto service/repair facility.
- No experience necessary- willing to train the right high-energy candidate.
- Position available either as a Customer Service Rep. or an experienced Service Advisor.
Customer Service Rep./ Service Advisor responsibilities include:
- Phone Answering
- Scheduling
- Customer check-in and check-out.
- Liaison between technicians and customers
- Produce estimates, present them to customers and get approval
- Order parts.
- Starting pay rate based on level of experience.
