Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and provide assistance
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and professional customer service at all times
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently to update customer information in the system
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
