Farm Bureau Insurance is Hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representative Near Ann Arbor, MI

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Insurance agency team as a Customer Service Representative . As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing and assisting our agency with exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve any issues or concerns
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information or solutions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers and gather feedback
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

- Michigan Property and Casualty license preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems

- Previous experience in Insurance industry customer service is preferred
