Responsibilities


Responsibilities:

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents

Handle client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses

Process insurance policy changes and updates

Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date

Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer service

Support agency marketing initiatives and assist with client retention efforts

Requirements


- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- A positive and friendly attitude with a genuine desire to help others.

- Prior experience in administrative work or customer service is preferred but not required.
