To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus!)
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy
-MI P&C Insurance License is required for this roll, or individual must be willing to obtain license immediately upon hire, which we reimburse expenses.
