POSITION SUMMARY:
To assist customers by processing transactions, uncovering products and/or services that will benefit the customer, and adhering to policies and procedures to mitigate any risk to the Bank.
This position will provide support to all branch locations to ensure they are adequately staffed. Travel is required. Schedules are subject to change.
Due to the nature of this position, a premium amount will be added to the base rate of pay.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Process Customer Transactions
• Perform and expedite in an efficient and courteous manner the teller servicing of transactions within the established policies and procedures.
• Follow the policies and procedures of Macatawa Bank for proper balancing and to minimize loss exposure to the Bank.
• Exhibit effective follow through and ownership in every customer transaction.
Refer Products and Services
• Retain a current and complete knowledge of the Bank’s products and services.
• Have a high desire to uncover additional customer needs and refer customers for additional products and services.
Perform additional duties as required.
