Overview:
The Plaid Daisy is a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mastectomy Fitter and Customer Service Representative. As a Mastectomy Fitter we will assist in training you to serve our breast cancer patients with breast prostheis and bras. We also will train you in other aspects of our business as a Customer Service Representative, where you will our patients and ensuring their needs are met with durable medical equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and advancements in patient service

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
