**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate would have experience in dental office administration and exceptional customer service skills, however experience is not a must. Can be trained on the job!
Looking for an enthusiastic employee willing to learn. Must have good communication skills and front desk energy.
**Duties:**
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments
- Maintain patient records accurately and securely
- Assist with billing and coding procedures
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft/Open Dental dental software
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Experience with dental records management
- Ability to handle dental scheduling effectively
- Understanding of dental office operations
- Previous experience as a medical or dental receptionist
- Strong administrative support skills in a medical setting
- Familiarity with phone systems for handling multiple lines
