At Faith Hospice, we utilize highly skilled nurses, medical social workers, chaplains, home health aides, and volunteers to serve our patients, from medical and emotional care to pain management and bereavement counseling.

What Opportunities are available?

• RN Case Manager: manage a case load of patients, working with an interdisciplinary team
• RN Hospice Support: answer crisis calls overnight; working 8-hour shift (4p-midnight, midnight - 8a, or 1a - 9a)
• RN Admissions: informational and sign on visits when appropriate; option to work three 12hr shifts or four 8hr shifts
• RN Inpatient: at our beautiful inpatient hospice residence called Trillium Woods; 2nd shift, 32 hours per week
• RN Hospice Educator: educating and mentoring our hospice professionals, Mon-Fri

Education and Experience

• RN licensure in Michigan
• At least 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience
• Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
• Passion for hospice nursing
