RN, Hospice Team Manager

We are seeking a compassionate RN who has the very special gift of hospice nursing and leadership to join our team of Hospice Team Managers in leading our Hospice Community Team as we continue to grow!

What will you do?

• Oversee and supervise an interdisciplinary hospice team of professionals
• Direct and participate in the weekly hospice interdisciplinary group meetings
• Oversee and supervise the day-to-day activities assuring quality patient care is provided on a 24-hour, 7-day basis
• Participate in the Manager on-call rotation with the other hospice managers

What is needed for success in this role?

• Licensure as an RN in the State of Michigan
• At least 1-2 years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing or med/surg setting
• Prior hospice nursing experience is highly preferred
• Strong computer skills to chart in the EMR are essential
