Job Description:
GBC Facility Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in the South Florida area. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various methods, including cold calling, networking, and market research, to identify and qualify potential clients in the South Florida area
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target organizations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and tactics for penetrating new markets and expanding our client base.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the value proposition of GBC Facility Services and address the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations to secure new contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and GBC Facility Services.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
