Home maintenance company looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. We are a home maintenance company, servicing high-end homeowners in the Triangle. Seeking a candidate with a creative ability to target and reach new customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and cultivate current database for additional sales
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Skills

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Driven, energetic attitude
• Proven sales track record
• Experience multiple marketing strategies (online, traditional, referral, etc.)
• Creativity to reach potential customers
• Communication and negotiation skills, including phone sales
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
