Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately, following all hotel procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Perform night audit duties as required, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly in languages commonly spoken by our guests
- Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is an asset
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette is desirable
