Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong background in housekeeping management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, such as maintenance requests and lost-and-found items
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure quality service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is required
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, including floor care and industrial cleaning techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
